This section is an index to all the subsidiary companies covered in the volume, showing subsidiary-ultimate parent relationships.

Country of Incorporation: The country of incorporation is given for all subsidiaries and parents.
Alphabetical Order
Initials and acronyms are listed at the beginning of each letter.
Company Names are arranged in strict alphabetical order.
Personal Names where applicable, are listed in strict alphabetical order.
Brackets, apostrophes, ‘the’ and its foreign equivalents and prepositions are ignored.
Names which begin with numerals are shown after the alphabetical entries.
Common foreign company designations, such as Sté (Société), Cie. (Compagnie) and P.T. (Perusahaan Terbatas) are placed at the end of the company name.

Ultimate Parent
A company with subsidiaries which, unless otherwise indicated, is not controlled by any other company.
Subsidiary
A company is considered to be a subsidiary if another company holds more than 50% of its share capital.
